International Shipping Policy

Effective April 10, 2020, the United States Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to destinations where the foreign postal operator has indicated that they are unable to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States.

To complete an international order, please add the items you are interested into your shopping cart and utilize our standard checkout to place your order. Shipping costs and timelines will be calculated for your review prior to entering your payment information. International Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
  • Tires, hazardous, oversize and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally.                                                                                      These product types include all:
  • Engines
  • Bodywork
  • Chassis'
  • Oversize Gear
  • Exhausts
  • Stands
  • Oversize Tools
  • All parts and fitment on this site are in reference to United States domestic models.  
  • International fitment may vary and is not guaranteed, especially in reference to electrical components.
  • Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions.
  • If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. 
  • Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. All Top Gear Standard Shipping Policies regarding lead time and availability still apply.

Charges 

  • You are responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
  • International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. You are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
  • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to 2nd Gear USA upon delivery will be rejected.
  • All other applicable conditions and terms of our Return & Refund Policy apply to international returns. 

Warranty

  • We have a 30-day return policy on all items marked NEW, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    We DO NOT accept returns or warranty any item marked USED, you may not return any gear/item marked USED.

    * NO WARRANTY ON ANY ITEM MARKED USED.

    All gear/item's marked USED are sold as is no warranty expressed or implied.

    2nd Gear USA will however be glad to talk to you about any concern you have about any gear NEW or USED that you purchase from 2nd Gear USA. After all we would want to be treated the same way if we were buying from you! Contact us at 2ndGearUSA. 

  • 2nd Gear USA sells some parts that are used or otherwise known as takeoffs.  These used  parts are like new, or very gently used and others show signs of wear and may need to be cleaned and polished. Please see pictures of products for more details.  We try to take pictures of any defects the part may have as well as the part number when available, so you can double check and make sure that it’s the exact item you need.   If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us.

    Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be an item marked NEW on our 2ndgearusa.com website or in our physical store when you purchased it and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if included, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at 2ndGearUSA.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, lubricants or grease. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


    Exchanges

    We do not allow Exchanges for items at this time.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Note it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
