Rules for sending images for Sexy Parts Collection

The following activities are prohibited:

1. Child exploitation: You may not send us materials that exploit or abuse children, including but not limited to images or depictions of child abuse or sexual abuse, or that present children in a sexual manner.
2. COVID-19: Do not send us images depicting Covid-19 in anyway.
3. Harassment, bullying, defamation and threats: You may not send us materials that offer goods or services, or send us materials, that harass, bully, defame or threaten a specific individual.
4. Hateful content: You may not send us materials to promote or condone hate or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, veteran status or other forms of discriminatory intolerance. You may not send us materials to promote or support organizations, platforms or people that: (i) promote or condone such hate; or (ii) threaten or condone violence to further a cause.
5. Illegal activities: You may not send us materials that offer goods or services, or send us  materials, that contravene or that facilitate or promote any illegal activities.
6. Intellectual property: You may not send us materials, that infringe on the copyright or trademarks of others, We take the DMCA very seriously.
7. Personal, confidential, and protected health information: You may not send us any materials that contain personally identifiable information, sensitive personal information, or confidential information, such as credit card numbers, confidential national ID numbers, or account passwords. 
8. Restricted Items: You may not send us materials that offer goods or services that are, or appear to be, illegal or immoral.
9. Self-harm: You may not send us materials that promote self-harm.
10. Spam: You may not send us materials in attempt to transmit unsolicited commercial messages or include any marketing material in your images to promote your products and or services.
11. You may not send us intimate photos or videos of someone that were produced or distributed without their consent. Sharing explicit sexual images or videos of someone online without their consent is a severe violation of their privacy and the 2nd Gear USA rules. Sometimes referred to as revenge porn, this content poses serious safety and security risks for people affected and can lead to physical, emotional, and financial hardship.
12. Do not send us Pornographic images of any kind, we will not upload them to the Sexy Parts Collection. This is a Collection designed as a Parody and should only depict actual motorcycle or kart parts etc. in a sexy way. Examples include: Sprockets hanging from a necklace, Carb in a High Heel shoe etc. We know you get the drift, so lets have fun with this and see how creative you can be. Remember we select a winner one time per month.
13. Terrorist organizations: You may not send us materials that offer goods or services, that imply or promote support or funding of, or membership in, a terrorist organization.

We reserve the right to reject your image submission for any reason we see fit. We may, at any time and without notice, remove any materials, and suspend or terminate your account or your access to 2nd Gear USA if you engage in activities that violate any 2nd Gear USA rules or policies.
